E-mails of the customers of TalkTalk broadband company have become inaccessible since last Friday. The issue began with a power outage at the server that the firm has at Manchester.

Problems still continue as the firm has discovered that it has been blacklisted from many of the popular sites, including hotmail that some TalkTalk customers may find they cannot visit the sites PayPal, eBay, and Hotmail.com or Hotmail.co.uk.  The company has informed that actions are being taken to solve the issue. The principal problem involves difficulty to log in, as well as non-delivery of mails.

TalkTalk spokesperson Mark Schmid has said that the service disruptions are localized to a few telephone exchanges and not the entire customer community.

"We're hoping that normal service will be resumed today but we can't put a final end time on it” said Mr: Schmid
